The staff and volunteers at Queen's Advantage seek to provide a community resource that offers a unique experience for adolescent girls. We understand the importance of having a positive self image and self efficacy. Our goal is to help young girls believe their dreams are within reach and give them the confidence, skills, and necessary preparation to achieve them. 

With 20+ years of success and experience working with the youth, we are capable of providing girls with the proper mentoring, preparation, and exposure useful in setting and achieving their goals. We will involve the participants at Queen's Advantage in many entrepreneurial activities, personal development trainings, community engagement opportunities, and recreational events.
 

We understand the impact today's society has on our youth. Our goal is to provide the girls in our group with an alternate reality that promotes self awareness, goal-setting, academic empowerment, financial literacy, and community service. It is our mission to give our young queens an early advantage in achieving their goals and dreams.
